Tomball Regional Medical Center Employee Membership Plan
This plan is for Hospital Employees only.
Hospital Employees can use payroll deduction for membership fee.
One-Time Registration fee = $25.00, and
Recurring Monthly Membership fee = $18.00
Membership to TSMC, includes:
- General Fitness Assessment
- Facility and Program Orientation
- Use of cardio, free weight and machines weight training equipment
- Use of swimming pool for lap swimming
- Hot and cold spa
- Sauna bath
- Access to aquatic and aerobic classes
- Use of outdoor facilities: i.e. track and tennis courts
Additional Membership Programs, additional fees apply:
- Yoga class - $ 5.00/month
- Pilates class - $ 5.00/month
- Fitness and Strength Training Courses, such as: core training, power weight, personal training, health back and incentive contests. Preregistration required.
- Sports clubs and leagues, such as: basketball leagues, cycling club, volleyball league, marathon or triathlon training.
