Fitness and Recreation - Cardio Tennis

Cardio TennisCardio Tennis is a group activity inclusive of drills to provide a high-energy workout to players of all abilities. Cardio Tennis is taught by professionals and includes warm-up, cardiovascular workout, and “cool-down” phases. This is a great way to get in shape and burn calories.
