Elementary, Ages 8-11, Training Programs

 

Youth Program Training Sessions is designed for athletes ages 8-11. The training sessions will be fun yet challenging. It is important for young athletes to develop correct running mechanics, balance, flexibility, and basic strength early. This program will provide the education and enthusiasm to develop basic fundamentals and overall fitness. This program runs through Fall, Winter, and Spring.

Little League Shoulder Program
Health professionals are developing new and better ways to treat and rehabilitate baseball shoulder and elbow injuries, but what about focusing on ways of avoiding those injuries? Preventative measures implemented earlier as a young little league player may help avoid injuries later. Sports Advantage offers a program for young baseball athletes to help strengthen the muscles that support the vulnerable shoulder and elbow joints.

The National Strength & Conditioning Association has found that a properly designed and supervised resistance program:
