Elementary, Ages 8-11, Training Programs
Youth Program Training Sessions is designed for athletes ages 8-11. The training sessions will be fun yet challenging. It is important for young athletes to develop correct running mechanics, balance, flexibility, and basic strength early. This program will provide the education and enthusiasm to develop basic fundamentals and overall fitness. This program runs through Fall, Winter, and Spring. |
